• Tailoring abayas takes 14 to 21 business days, excluding Fridays and Saturdays. The order processing time may be extended during peak seasons, during high demand, or during production line conditions.
• Please ensure your personal information is included with your order, as no changes can be made after the order is completed.
• There are no exchanges or returns for tailoring orders, as they are custom-made to the customer's specific request. Exchanges and returns are only possible in the event of a manufacturing defect.
• The Scarf does not include the abaya.
• Excess threads are not considered a manufacturing defect (the customer can remove them with scissors, not by pulling the thread).
• The site reserves the right to cancel your order in certain circumstances, for example, if the product you wish to purchase is unavailable, if the product is mispriced, or if the order is found to be fraudulent. The amount paid will be refunded according to the site's applicable method.
• Delivery within Kuwait is subject to regional fees with the delivery company.
• Delivery fees are paid to the driver upon receipt.
• Delivery fees do not include the purchase price.
• Shipping outside Kuwait is provided by shipping companies based on weight. In rare cases, the customer may be subject to customs duties, depending on the telecommunications tariffs in the customer's country.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Please hand-wash or dry clean your abaya at a certified laundromat.
• No changes to the abaya design, layering, or color may be made, only as shown.
